1 Definitions and Interpretation

KYC Verification Process

After registration or before withdrawals above a certain amount, 035bd may verify your identity. This process may require copies of your national ID, birth registration certificate, or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals Policy

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 035bd platform and may result in immediate account suspension if violated.

• Registering by providing false or misleading information
• Using multiple identities to abuse the bonus system
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error in betting odds or the system
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Using third-party software or bots to conduct games or betting
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Defrauding or mistreating other members

8 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, code, and other elements of the 035bd platform are the intellectual property of 035bd.

• Using, copying, distributing, or modifying any content from the platform is prohibited except for personal, non-commercial purposes
• 035bd's brand name, logo, or trademarks may not be used without prior permission

9 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will 035bd's total liability exceed the actual funds held in the relevant member's account.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Account Closure by Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. A closure request must be submitted through the support team. Any remaining funds must be withdrawn before closure. The self-exclusion feature may be used in accordance with our responsible gaming policy.

035bd reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account in the following circumstances.

• Violation of these terms and conditions
